Gift Card Policies / Information

• Gift Cards are available for as little as $10 and subsequently in $5 increments.  (Example:  $10, $15, $20, $25, etc.)
  
  
• Gift Cards are good for one year from the date of purchase, and are redeemable ONLY in Mecklenburg County ABC Stores.
  
  
• If you would like to check the balance on the card, you can contact the card provider (Valutec) at 1-877-654-6937 or e-mail.
  
  
• The remaining balance of the gift card will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.  If you request a balance inquiry separate from a purchase, the gift card will be charged 15 cents.
