ASSET Program: Alcohol Seller/Server Excellence Training
The Mecklenburg County ABC Law Enforcement Division provides a FREE program to ABC permitted establishments to educate employees on the possession and sale of alcohol. The program, conducted by an ABC officer, covers the following areas:

• Underage Sales
• Forms of Acceptable Identification
• Storage and Handling of Alcohol
• Employee Age Requirements
• Other Prohibited Sales
• Dram Shop (Civil Suit)
• Happy Hour Regulations

There are two convenient options to choose from:
1.  Officers can provide training at your establishment or in our office
2. *NEW* Complete the ASSET Class online. The online ASSET class can be accessed HERE
