There will be a special meeting of the Board of Directors by teleconference on
Tuesday, August 9, 2011 beginning at 4:00pm. The teleconference will originate at the Headquarters Building (3333 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28206). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss proposed construction sub-contractor bids.
